              Featuring a garden with private heated seasonal outdoor pool, Le Colombier Saint Véran is a holiday home located in the Midi Pyrénées Region, Aveyron. Millau is 16 km from the cottage. Airports (Montpellier Beziers ) are 100 km from the property and Rodez-Marcillac airport  is 80km.

                                  The cottage consists of:

            A living room in particular charm. Exposed beams (real trunks) help maintain the volume of the old grange. The light plays through small openings uneven. You will find: A library with an extensive documentation on the region & detailed maps, access to WI FI, Satellite TV channels, Telephone served there.

           In front of the living room is a south facing terrace for outdoor dining which offer entrancing views of the Larzac causse.
           A Japanese step take you through a private herb garden to a covered terrace where you could enjoy your meals around barbecue.

      Lots of space for sun beds around the private heated swimming pool, set among. You will be seized by the overlooking view of the Dourbie river.( open April 15 to October 15 ) with a Bio UV filtration .( regular pool maintenance and spares provided )

           An elegant bedroom with refined decoration that combines harmoniously bed linen, curtains and furniture. This one includes a queen bed  ( 160x200 ) a cabinet style fitted in wardrobe.   (ALL linen provided ) ( Bed made on arrival )

         A very nice bathroom with walk-in shower (090x120) carved into the rock and tiled in "Terres Cuites de Raujolles", it can be considered as a real "gem". Equipped with thermostatic taps, a dry towel and an  extractor. A separate WC

         On the ground floor there is also a large well-equipped kitchen/dining room with its bistro table, Four chairs, dresser. It is equipped with an oven combination microwave, ceramic hob 3 fire, dishwasher and fridge-freezer;  Kit home products grocery store...Household products provide.
